A. A Squeegee is used on all windows inside and out. Frames are wiped down and loose debris is removed from tracks. Screens are removed and brushed clean.

A. Prices vary based on amount of ladder work, size and shape of windows and degree of dirt. A general price is roughly $100 per 1000 foot of home. A 2000 foot home would be roughly $200.

A. I try to give accurate estimates over the phone based on square footage and elevation of your home. I avoid driving around for estimates as it uses excess fuel and time. I can provide the best value when my time is spent in production. Upon arrival to clean your home, we will agree on a price that is fair before I begin work.

A. I will use a vacuum or cloth to wipe tracks which is included in each job. If tracks require additional attention, I will include additional cost in the estimate.

A. Most homes up to 3000 square feet can be completed in one day.

Q. How many people will come to my home?
A. This depends on the time of the year. Lighthouse Window Cleaning is a family business. In the winter months I do most of the work myself. My kids join me in the summer months. Usually, No more than three workers will be on the job. As the owner, I am present on all jobs.

A. Two weeks is reasonable. I stay booked year round so best to call early as possible to lock in a date.

A. I took a leap from my corporate management job to pursue the long term goal of self employment. The combination of my business degree from Humboldt State, 10 years of management and the skill of cleaning windows has proved to be a combination of success.

 A. Lighthouse Window cleaning serves the communities of Rocklin, Loomis, Newcastle, Penryn, Granite Bay, Lincoln, Roseville, antelope, Citrus Heights. Auburn, Colfax, Lake of the pines. Most of my business is within 50 miles from Rocklin. I have clients as far as Lake Tahoe. Additional travel cost is added for jobs more than 30 miles from Rocklin.
